Indonesia
The Republic of Indonesia, is a country in Southeast Asia and Oceania between the Indian and Pacific oceans. It consists of over seventeen thousand islands, including Sumatra, Java, Sulawesi, and parts of Borneo and New Guinea, covering an area of 1,904,569 square kilometers. It is the world’s largest island country, and the fourteenth-largest country. It has a population of more than 270 millions, and is the world’s fourth most populous country, as well as the most populous Muslim majority country. Jakarta is the capital of the Indonesia. The country shares land borders with Papua New Guinea, East Timor, and the eastern part of Malaysia. Other neighbouring countries include Singapore, Vietnam, the Philippines, Australia, Palau, and India. Indonesia is a multinational state, and consists of hundreds of distinct native ethnic and linguistic groups, with the largest one being the Javanese.
